Finally got to see Naima and Elias do their millennial Mars Volta thing last Sunday. If you missed it, you missed an impressive show. My hats off to the band.
They just pinged me that they’re giving away their debut album tomorrow and Saturday for FREE. Think of it as a holiday gift from a talented band. This is no-risk music, not because it’s free, but because their maturing sound is coming to the fore. A band to watch in 2011? I think so.
